Elise was a great source of knowledge about the coops and chickens...so helpful. WOW. What fantastic quality, workmanship, love and care of product, service and customer experience. Smucker Farms is a family run business that takes pride in their products. The buying and selection process was outstanding. Gideon and his wife walked us through options and kept us informed throughout the order process. Once the shed was ready to ship, Gideon informed us of the delivery date 2 weeks in advance. He and his son showed up and had the shed set, in place, with no damage to our yard in 45 minutes. Smucker Farms was a delight to do business with and would definitely recommend to all. I love these people and their products. Always willing to please their customers. I just bought a chicken coop from them and when they delivered it had some scuffs on the bottom runners and they painted them with touch up paint that they give so you can touch up your product if you like. We are looking to purchase our shed/garage from them in the next few months. Check them out if you want high quality product. |

Thank you for the outstanding service; you and the owner were fabulous with which to deal. Thank you for doing what you said you would do. The 12’ x 32’ cottage garage is the most charming we ever saw. We adore the “WOW” factor with the white metal roof, white walls, white trim, no shutters, pair of three windows separated by glass French doors so not busy nor gaudy at all. Several of our picky neighbors had described it as beautiful, gorgeous, or say they love it . . . we do too! Smucker Farms is a sterling company we give five stars. We intend to be in touch for other purchases.
