Q: What is the process if I want to order a building?
A: We require at least 50% down to secure your order and the other 50% upon delivery. We also have buildings available on our lot ready for immediate delivery.. Check out our in-stock page for more info.

​Q: Do you offer financing on the buildings?
A: If you decide you'd like to finance a building, we recommend a few online financing options that make it fast and easy. CLICK HERE for more information on financing. ​

Q: I don't live anywhere near Nashville, TN, can I still order a coop?
A: Yes! We have a local delivery range of 200 miles for our in-stock coops and custom orders. Beyond that, we do ship to all lower 48 states. Please call or email with the specific model you want and your zip code for a specific shipping quote. 

​Q: I'm not sure how big my coop needs to be, what do you recommend?
A: First, determine the number of chickens you will have or currently have. Next, on each page of our online brochure, you will find a number indicating how many chickens each coop will house. Also, keep in mind that chickens will share nesting boxes. Typically, you should have one nesting box per 3-4 chickens.

Q: How will you get the coop into my backyard? 
A: We use a specialized machine called "The Mule" to deliver your coop. It is designed to reduce the clearance needed and also minimize any tracks or damage to your yard. We just ask that you have a nice level spot ready for us to drop it.
