With limited options and customization, this is a great alternative for someone looking to keep things simple. Q: What is the process if I want to order a building?
A: We require at least 50% down to secure your order and the other 50% upon delivery. We also sometimes have buildings available on our lot ready for immediate delivery. Check out our in-stock page for more info.
Q: Do you offer financing on the buildings?
A: Yes! We recently partnered with a local Nolensville bank to offer simple and easy financing. Click here for more info.
Q: How will you get the building into my backyard?
A: We use a specialized machine called "The Mule" to deliver your building. It is designed to reduce the clearance needed and also minimize any tracks or damage to your yard. We just ask that you have a nice level spot ready for us to drop it. View our Delivery Requirements listed below for more details.

By purchasing any service or product from Smucker Farms, LLC you are agreeing to the terms and agreements listed above and outlined here with or without signature.
Site Prep Requirements
We always recommend, and in some cases we require, that you put your building on a gravel or concrete pad.
For all site prep needs, we recommend contacting Bedrock Siteworks 615-283-7021. They warranty their work for up to 5 years, and if you put our building on a proper pad we will warranty the building for the first 5 years against structural failure or material defects.
If you decide not to use Bedrock Siteworks, we recommend the following specifications for a gravel pad:
If the site prep or pad was not completed properly, Smucker Farms cannot be held responsible for any issues to your building that may arise from improper site prep and there may be additional fees required to properly set the building. Smucker Farms has the right to void any warranty if site prep and pad was not properly completed and/or if any alterations were made to the shed after delivery.

We will call to schedule a 1 to 2 hour window for our delivery time when the building arrives here on our lot.
In the event of extremely soft, muddy conditions, you may also wish to call us and reschedule delivery to prevent getting stuck or creating ruts in your yard.

We always recommend, and in some cases we require, that you put your building on a gravel or concrete pad.

If you decide not to use Bedrock Siteworks, we recommend the following specifications for a gravel pad:
- Stone base with a border of 6” X 6” pressure-treated wood secured with 24” steel rebar. This keeps the stone in place and creates a distinct perimeter around the structure.
- The ground surrounding the foundation should be level with the border lumber. This avoids including a step up to the surface of the foundation and provides easy access for delivery of the structure.
- The gravel area should be at least 12" larger the whole way around the building
- Example: 10x12 shed would need 12x14 minimum gravel area
- Place fabric within the border to stabilize the stone base and also to prevent weed growth.
- We recommended at least six inches of 3/4 inch clean stone for quick drainage and a dry floor so that your structure remains level and stable. Greenhouses and Chicken Coops may call for 1/4" size gravel instead.
- Please ensure that the site is 100% level with at least one access point that is flush with the ground so we can drive the shed onto the pad with our shed moving machine. See video below for an example of how we deliver.

Site Access Requirements
- Height: 14ft height clearance for all buildings
- Width clearance of at least 24” more than overall width of building:
- 8ft wide building = 10ft clearance
- 10ft wide building = 12ft clearance
- 12ft wide building = 14ft clearance
- Find and measure the most narrow spaces that we need to go through (gates, trees, buildings, HVAC units, etc)
- Fence panels may need to be removed before we come out to meet requirements. This is very common and most fencing companies will do this for a small fee.
- Trim back tree branches to eliminate damage to the structure
- Please turn off irrigation systems at least a week prior to our arrival to eliminate wet conditions for delivery.
- Please allow at least 4ft setback from any fencing, trees, or other obstructions to provide adequate access to operate our equipment and properly set the building. See video below for an example of how we deliver.
- Our equipment is designed to minimize any tracks or damage to your yard and we do our best to leave no trace of us being there. In the event that our machine does happen to leave any small ruts or marks - we cannot be held responsible.
